The assessment, conducted from July 2023 to June 2024, covered all in-house employees at Kaori’s Taiwan operations. It evaluated human rights risks based on employees' actual workplace experiences via a structured questionnaire, with findings verified through third-party interviews and on-site audits.

The four key categories of human rights issues—working conditions, physical and mental well-being, diversity and inclusion, and ethical governance—were identified and analyzed by a third-party organization, with the overall human rights risk level assessed as medium to low.

The report focuses on four key categories of human rights topics: working conditions, physical and mental well-being, diversity and inclusion, and ethical governance. A total of 23 human rights risk issues were identified and analyzed in depth. The overall risk level was assessed as medium to low.

The report presents potential risk identification, stakeholder interviews, on-site audits, and recommended mitigation and remediation measures. Based on these insights, Kaori will further enhance its human rights governance by improving relevant policies and systems.
